You need to be proactive - file a Petition to Enforce the Temporary Orders. The orders should include a requirement regarding informing the other parent of medical issues. If it does not, you ask the court to include such language. The court will enforce the Thursday visitation, and may order additional time for you to make up for the lost time - moreover the failure to abide by the Temporary Orders by Dad improves your position at final trial. These are complicated matters, and you should have legal representation.
