Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

son graduate early (December) - and he is 18 already. our paper say my employer can stop payments now, I just have to submit a letter from the school. what is the "official graduation date?" The last day of school before Christmas?

It's up to the school.

Also, it's up to the employer on what they need to stop withholding child support.

Unfortunately, I've been retained by several fathers to go to court to stop child support withholding. Child support is easy to be begin but often difficult to stop!
