Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My son lived with me for five years.he started getting in to trouble. He chose to go and live with his Aunt( mother's sister).that was about nine months ago.six months ago we got in an arguement and the Aunt would not allow me to see him.last week im served with papers sayin that the Aunt is suing me for custody what are my options?

You need to get a lawyer.

Ask him if he's familiar with Troxel vs. Granville.

He's going to want a substantial retainer.

Believe me, you can't handle this by yourself.
