Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

my son lives in texas and on Oct. 18, 2009 his visitation and access was suspended due to him not returning the child to the mother. There were concerns of medical neglect but at this point he needs to know how would he go about gettnig his visitation rights reinstated. Thank you for any feedback.

He will need to file some sort of motion with the Judge and get a ruling that will allow him to see the child again. It will depend on the circumstances that caused him to lose visitation rights in the first place.
