Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Can my son be made to visit me? He rules the house at his Mothers, but I have rules he must follow at my house. He has decided not to talk to me because I came down hard on him for being disrespectful. He will not speak to me, or come with his younger brother during their visitation with me. His mother will not do anything because it is in her best interests to be "the good guy" in all of this. Can I get deputies to come to the door with me to excersise my visitation with him?

Yes, you can ask law enforcement to accompany you when you go to pick up your son. They are not OBLIGATED to help you if they don't want to.
Mom is under a court order (look at your order) to SURRENDER the child to you. Is she refusing to do this? Ask her to bring the child to the door when you go to make the pickup, or ask to be allowed to go into his room to get him. It isn't right for a child to be given so much control.
