Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My son!

My son is in TX, his mother has a recent felony or 2 on her record and I have just found her and my son after 6 years of looking for her. She had been running from TX DFCS for 2 years and when they found her they contacted me. Can I legally get him and bring him back to GA and file for custody here. The guy she is living with also has a record that is violent as well. There are 9 children in a home that is less than 1000 sq ft! Please help me!

You definately need to hire a TX attorney to help you.

I don't know what county she is living in.
