Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

my son went to visit his sisters in minnesota in july,2011. he still hasnt been returned home after my immediete request for his return. now i find out that my ex has taken my child support payments away from me and switched them to him. both me and my sons biologiacal father want him returned home. what can i do

Hire a lawyer to consult but if you have court order custody, then he may be committing kidnapping.
