Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
I have a son who will be 2 in February. I know that the standard visitation doesn't apply to children under 3 in Texas, but is there a standard visitation that is for children his age? If not, can someone tell me what might be granted? I feel ok about every other weekend, but I feel like the 30 days in the summer and extended school days for school holidays is too much.
TIA

You definately need an attorney if you don't have one.
You cannot just assume that a SPO will NOT be granted with a child under 2. Some courts do a SPO unless you fight it.
Based on your zip code, you might want to hire PATRICIA BUSHMAN at 713-807-9405. Talk to Jessica and tell her that FRAN sent you.
Merry Christmas!
