Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My son will graduate in a couple of weeks & his high school refuses to give me a copy of his diploma for me to give the child support office due to the fact that his mom didn't put me on any of his registration papers. My ex will in no way help with this situation. What can I do so that I may be released from paying child support after graduation?
