Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
My son is 10 years old and wants to live with me full time. Currently, his mother has primary custody. I only see him on Wednesdays and every other weekend. I would like to take her to court to get primary custody or at least split (50/50) custody. Will my son have a say in the matter? What is the likelyhood that I will get primary custody?

Your son doesn't have any say in the matter.
The question about whether or not you can get "primary custody:" We need a lot more information. Does anybody have problems with alcoholism? Illegal drugs? DWI's? Criminal records? Suicide attempts? Family violence?
