Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My son is 33yr adult child living with me I want him out, how can I legally make this adult leave what must I do? He don't want to work, and other personal issues I dare not mention on open form.

Unfortunately your recourse is to evict him. If you go to the Texas Attorney General website, there is a section on Landlord Tenant law. This will give you guidance as to the requirements. You may also want to call the clerk at your JP office. Good luck.
