Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My son is 11 yr old and currently living with his father. He haspierced his ears and refuses to remove them. He is also alienating him from me. He has recently became remarried and they have even pierced her 2 yr old and 6 month old boys ears. he does illegal tattooing in the home and girlfriend is now involving herself between me and my son. I have no idea who this woman is or anything on her background. Just wanting to know if there is anything I can stand on for all this to stop and especially to remove the piercing.

You can go into court on a motion to modify, and ask for custody of the child. This is expensive - you should plan to give your lawyer $5000 up front.
