son is 15 yrs old. the girl that is pregnant is 14 yrs old. what do we need to look for in my son rights?

Your son is a minor.

The Attorney General will sue him for paternity, and will serve YOU "as next friend." The Judge may set child support, or he may not order the payment of any child support at all.

YOU have the right to initiate a paternity suit on behalf of your son "as next friend."
