You are a "battered woman". There are many non-profit organizations around Texas that might be able to help you.
In Austin, there is the TEXAS ADVOCACY PROJECT - formerly the Texas Woman's Advocacy Project.
Be sure to do some internet research on a "safety plan". That is how you leave safely from a batterer.
If you can file criminal charges, do so!
You need a restraining order or perhaps a protective order.

He is lying and intimidating you. Gather up all of your paperwork, your personal items, your baby and go to the District Attorney's office and file for a protective order. You will also need to hire a lawyer. Get protection first. Many attorneys will provide a brief, free, initial consultation, to advise you of the process and what you need to prepare.

If there is a women's center or shelter in your area you should take your son and go there first. They know what to do in this type of situation and can help you do what needs to be done.
