My son's dad is being charged with Child Abuse

my son's dad is being charged with child abuse on his ex's baby and I now want to get full custody of my son right now we have joint custody. What do I need to do to get full custody. I have no money to get an attorney. He is suppose to pay child support but he hasn't in two years.

If he is a sex offender, it would be in the best interest of the child to have protection from the perpetrator, even if that is his father. Contact your local legal aid or the Texas bar and they can help you. Good luck to you, and may God bless you and your child.
