Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My sons dad has been married for 2.5 years and him an his wife filed for divorce last October in Texas. For the entire length of their marriage she has always accused us of having an affair because we are friends. However during their marriage they lived in PA and west Texas, I'm in east texas. We never slept together. She would text and ask me if we were, impersonate him through his phone to see how I would react, or have her siblings/friends impersonate him through their phones saying he got a new number, constantly. I would tell her the truth that we were friends and we would talk but a lot of the times she just wouldn't have it because she "knew" there was something going on. So after her annoying me for hours I would just tell her what she wanted to hear and send pictures of text where her husband I were joking around just to aggravate the hell out of her. Well the last time we talked I did that she got up the next day and left. She filed adultry on him because of what I said even though he had already filed on her weeks before. A few weeks after she left they three way called me because they were fighting and I told her the truth about it all and that she was getting on my nerves so I gave her wha she wanted so he would shut up. There's no way I was sleeping with him, distance is proof of that- as well as my pocket book. Now her lawyer is using my info in their divorce saying I'm to blame. They even call me out by name in the divorce paperwork! Can I be subpeonaed? If so can I get out of it? And if I do go can I tell them my side of everything and tell them that she knew I lied about it months ago. I know what i did was a b**** move but I can only take so much of her harassing me and accusing me of sleeping with him. All she wanted was a way out without it looking like the end of their marriage was her fault, and I gave it to her, and now she's pointing the finger at me instead of herself. She could've easily confronted him about it, but she ran while he was at work. She listened to someone who doesn't like her at all over her husband and now she's saying I'm the reason for her misery.

I believe the subpoena range of Texas District Courts is 500 miles. Another option for you would be to testify via telephone.
