what can i do if my sons dad refuses to pay me court ordered child support? he says hes paying but is over a month behind.

One month behind?

Fall down on your knees and thank God for your ex-husband. I have prosecuted cases where no payment was made for YEARS. I was involved in a case where the Dad owed $232,000.00.
