son's divorce

Can his wife keep him from seeing his daughter while the divorce is going on or does he have to wait until the divorce decree is final before he can have the right to see her

These people are involved in divorce litigation. If they can't be civil and reponsible to each other, their relationship, including child visitation, is now determined by the court. If he want to set up visitation, he needs to ask for temporarty orders by motion to the court.
