Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If my son's father is establishing paternity from the state of Arizona, does that mean I would have to travel tree for court? Also, how can I make this happen so he has extremely limited visitation if any at all, seeing he hasn't proven to not be using drugs anymore?

In what way is he "establishing paternity from the state of Arizona"? Where is the suit pending?
