if my sons father sells drugs,has a past of getting caught with drugs,has told me to kill myself ,his ex girlfriend put on social media that he physically and mentally abused her ,has other kids he owes alot of child support,his first child's mom has reports of him hitting her as well .is there anyway he can still get rights to my son

Yes, he can still get rights to your son.

My suggestion is that you be pro-active � filed your own petition right now to terminate his parental rights, based on all the facts that you have given us.
