Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My son's father is a skycap for George Bush Airport in Houston, TX., and he is paid in tips. He makes a pretty good money (he has two cadillacs and a bmw), but he only sends my son $17 to $30 every 2 weeks. When I spoke with him a bout it, he said he thought that his job was taking more out of his salary child support. He also said that he would look into the matter. How can I get the child support order enforced?

You enforce a child support order by filing a motion for enforcement and getting Dad served with it.

His income, or how much money he gets in tips, is irrelevant. He's been ordered to pay a certain amount each month and if he doesn't, you go in for enforcement.
