Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My son's father wants to have unofficial notarized child support agreement. Is this a formal contract that I can take him to court if he doesn't fulfill contract?

I'm not certain what you are asking.

If you want a legal document that is legally enforceable, then you need to have an ORDER signed by a JUDGE.

I offer DIY kits if you both agree to work together and there is no disagreement on child support, etc.

I charge for the amount of time I spend.

Or, you might want to come in for a one hour consultation - $1 per minute CASH.
