Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My sons stepdad has recently been arrested for DWI for the 3rd time. I was told his license was revoked ( but haven't confirmed that) He is still driving to his school and picking him up on the days I don't have him. I feel like this is child endangerment especially if he isn't supposed to be driving. My question is what should I do as his fatther.

I would start by writing a letter to the stepfather (a paper letter, not an email or a text message) and expressing concern, and asking him to verify that he has a driver's license.

If you don't get a response, you can file a motion for modification (of the custody/visitation order) to ask the Judge to add a provision to the order that prohibits either parent from allowing your child to be driven in a car by someone who doesn't have a driver's license.
