Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have spinal stenosis and lupus. I had a spinal 360 degree fusion and decompression in Jan. 2007. I went back to work after the surgery and worked as long as possible. I now havw been approved for disability benefits and am drawing those benefits monthly. My gross pay is 1316.00 per month and I pay 94.00 monthly for medicare. My ex husband has custody of our children and is drawing 321.00 dollars a month child support out of my monthly check, leaving me with 848.00 a month. He is also drawing disability benefits for the children. That amount is 438.00 a month. The disability amount exceeds the court ordered child support amount. Do I still have to pay the child support?

Look at sections154.132 and 154.133 of the Texas Family Code. You need to file a motion for modification of child support NOW.
