Is it legal in Texas to use spyware such as a keylogger program to gather evidence that a spouse is cheating?

You should talk to a good family law attorney before you get too invested in anything like this. There may not be any point. Harris County is the big city and truthfully, infidelity may not make that much difference in the property division. Texas is a "no fault" divorce state. You don't have to justify why you want a divorce.
