Beware of on-line kits. Many are companies not located in Texas and the forms do not follow TX law.

Unfortunately, the State Bar of Texas has decided that it cannot control companies outside of TX.

I'm not sure what you are asking for. I assume you want spousal support. If so, there is NOT a special form in TX for just spousal support.

You definately need to talk to a TX attorney in the county where the divorce is located.
