spousal support

does a party qualify for spousal support if they are employed full time and not disabled, yet not able maintain financial obligations after the separation/divorce?

Texas "opened the door" to spousal support aka alimony a few years ago.

Texas has some restrictions on spousal support.

You might qualify for spousal support during the time the divorce is pending.

You definately need to hire an attorney if you are thinking about asking for spousal support.
