Spousal Support

I just received a Petition for Enforcement of Spousal Maintenance and Order to Appear, I am late on payment and this was filed in Court

Yeah. Those things come up when you're late on your payments. I think it says you're supposed to go to court on a certain date at a certain time. Then you can tell the judge why you're late on your payments. Good Luck.
