Spousal Support

I was wondering how spousal support is figured in the state of Texas. My husband has agreed to pay me sposal support while I am doing treatments for a head injury and until I can go to school and learn a trade. I was wondering how to write that up ourselves in a divorce.

This is not something you should be trying to write up yourselves. Enforceability is the name of the game and it is unlikely you can draft an enforceable contractual spousal support agreement without professional help.
