Can an ex spouse take you to court to charge you for infidelity? And can you stop them from harrassing you?

Are you talking about a lawsuit by an ex-spouse that asks for damages for past infidelity? That's ridiculous. There's no such thing.

You get your ex-spouse to stop harassing you the same way you get anybody else to stop harassing you: ask for help from the police and, if that doesn't work, sue for a restraining order.
