Can new spouse lose it all?

I have been married for 11 months.Husband pays child

support for his daug. from first wife ($350. mo. +$50.

mo. for insur., gets reg. vis.). (I have 4 children

from prev marriage.) In Mar. my husb was served

with papers from his ex-gf of 2 1/2 years to

termin. par-child rel./rights of their son..turned 4

in Apr. ( hasn't been allowed to see him since May

1998; nor would ex-gf accept c.s..) My husb does

NOT want to termin. rights. He is asking for sup. &

vis. orders to be setup, as well as patern test., if

req. Now, he has rec'd orders for "Prod.or Inspect of

Doc.s" & "Petit.'s Rule 194 Req for Disclosure". Why

is all this needed? Lufkin lawyer retained for $2500.

says "just fill it out the best you can" (ex-gf lives

in Lufkin) MY CONCERN..why does MY privacy have to be

"invaded"?All of my personal info is being req.

because we are married and hold joint acct's. Do I

have to disclose my and my kids S.S#'s when producing

docs such as tax ret.? Will my income be considered

for basis of sup.? I purchased my home before I

married, so do we still have to disclose mortg. info?

Only your spouse is required to answer the inquiries posed. Objections can be made to any inquiries for you and your children and your assets. Your husband should hire an attorney to asist him in this matter.
