Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My spouse is in the process of buying a vehicle, do I have to sign to be on the title with this community property thing. I really wish not to be on the title.

Based on what you have written, you do not have to be on the title or sign the title. The potential issue may come into play later on if you and your spouse obtain a divorce. Dependent upon where the money used to purchase the vehicle came from, the vehicle may result in being considered community property and thus subject to a division of the community estate.
