My spouse won't sign the Waiver of Citation. What do I do?

Go to the District Clerk's office and ask them to issue a citation (it will cost $8). Then take the citation to a process server, who will charge you about $75.00 to serve the spouse.

If your spouse is in your county, you can have the constables serve him. It will cost you about the same.
