spouse wants me out !
my wife and i have been together 9 years only married 1 yr.we have three young children. she wants me to move out of our apartment. we are both on lease. i have a disability and cannot work. she threatening me that she has a friend police officer that will help her kick me out. i believe they will try to use civil harassment although she is more verbally abusive to me. i do all the cleaning, cooking, and all around care for children. she is never home or asleep. what can i do to stop them from throwing me out or will let me take my kids with me.

Talk to a lawyer in your county and neighborhood who practices family law. You need to be prepared for a divorce with a suit affecting the parent child relationship.
