I am getting a divorce.My question is i have no job nor have i worked for 10 years.my husband's job has been the only income.Now he wants to leave me and I have no car ,no job to support myself ,i am terrified of whats going to happen to me.Would i be eligible for support even for just a short time so that i may get back on my feet.He has a new car, reliable job and multiple places for him to live ,what should i do??He makes well over 50000 a year.

You have a good chance of getting spousal support and a significant community property division. Find a good lawyer right now. Talk to several before you make up your mind. Ask them to explain what they are going to do for you and how are they going to make your husband pay their fees.
