Springbreak visitation

If the fathers live more than 100 miles away and exercises 1st, third, and fifth weekend, can the father also get every spring break as well or should it be alternate spring breaks

That depends on what the decree or order says. There should be a section on "over 100 miles" possession and access. You should review it.

The standard schedule gives the parent who lives more than 100 miles away every spring break.
