Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Hello my name is Stacy and 2 years ago i went through a divorce, my ex was ordered to pay a portion of the taxes and other bills that were owed and he has not done so. i have tried discussing this matter with him and i get no where so my only option is to take him back to court. My question is will the judge actually make him pay his part or will they just place a judgment on him?

If you have a judgment, you can execute on the judgment. Generally, criminal contempt is not an option for a property division.
