Stanadrd visitation living more than 100 miles apart

My wife and i lived in travis county for 4 years and moved to harris county. I left her 6 weeks later and moved back to travis county.How does the law read concerning getting my son from her house to my house which is more than 100 miles.Is she supposed to meet me half way?

This is an item which I often negotiate. I would try to negotiate 'you pick up from her and she picks up from you' but you will need a lawyer where this suit is filed.
