Do you have to have a standard possesion order when you have joint manager conservatorship in Texas?

You do not have to utilize the Standard Possession Order in Texas. It is a possession schedule that is in effect if the parents can't agree on something better, schedule-wise. If you and your ex have a good schedule going with the kids, the court will uphold whatever schedule that is - it won't make you change it to the Standard Possession schedule.
