Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Don't know where to start....

My husband and I have been seperated (not legally) for over a year now. I have tried contacting him numerous times to get a divoce and he finally blocked my number. We were only living together as a married couple a year and a half. Can I file abandonment charges since he wont answer my calls or speak to me about it? Can i get an annullment? we have no property or children. Thanks

You can't get an annulment and abandonment is just a grounds for divorce. If you have no idea where he lives or works you will need a "publication" divorce. You will need an attorney to help you. If you would like me to assist you, you can call my office to set up a consultation.
