how to start investigation of suspected black market operation.

I suspect there is a black market operating in Wichita Falls. It may involve pediatricians, Child Protective Services case workers, a day care center which is part of C.P.S. and some monitors who stay with parents during visits. I have grand children who may be victoms of these people. I would like to have them investigated, just to be sure. None of the agencys are keeping promises made, and they are cutting back on visits. The cort order to pick them up was taken out of context, and the charges keep getting changed.

Take your allegations and any proof you have to the local sheriff's office. Don't surrender any original documents. If the sheriff's office won't help, try the DPS.
