out of state divorce

I live in Texas my husband lives in Arizona do i have to go back to Arizona to get a divorce?

If you satisfy the residency requirements for the county in which you live, you can obtain your divoce in Texas. The only case in which you may not be able to do that is if there is a court of continuing jurisidiction that has dealt with custody issues concerning any children you might have with your husband. If that is the case, then you will have to go to that court to pursue any action which involves your children - including divorce.
