Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
State Jurisdiction ??
My son and his ex-girlfriend just had a son. His ex-girlfriend is 17 at this time. Her father and mother have a Custody agreement for visitation in Ca. with regards to my son's ex-girlfriend. But the child that her and my son have is restricted from leaving the county that my son's child resides in. My son is afraid that if his ex-girl friend is allow to leave the state, it will be hard to find her and their child. So court order will have standing in this case?

Re: State Jurisdiction ??
I am not sure that I understand your question, but if you are saying that a court order exists restricting the child to his county in Texas, then he needs to file an enforcement action regarding that provision. If she is refusing to change her plans, then he needs to also ask to modify the order to give him primary conservatorship.
