Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

In the state of Texas, is there a minimum amount of time required to pass before child custody orders can be modified? My husband has a job offer in NE - we are in TX - and my daughter is under geographical restriction until her father is out of the military. The divorce is two years old this October. Is there anything we can do? Or do we have to wait?

To change "custody," one has to wait a year, unless there is an emergency situation.

There are also time restrictions to change (modify) the child support amount.

Other types of changes: there's no time restriction.
