Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If in the state of Texas one gets papers for Supervised Visitation of their child and the child is given to their parents, who do you report to if the visitation rights are infringed if you were NOT given the complete paper work to prove it?

Also how would you go about recovering paperwork done by an agency or lawyer that you were left out of the loop with even though the legal paperwork is your right to obtain about the legal custody of a child?

Who do you report to if the person who already has custody of a child but has not completely adopted child threatened to falsify information to get adoption paperwork signed? (my guess the police?)

To get a copy of an order that you don't have, just go to the District Clerk's office and ask for a copy of the order. They might charge you $1 per page to get it.

If there is a termination case going, make certain you have filed an "answer" to the lawsuit so that you can't be defaulted.

Good luck!!
