Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Out of State Visitation
As a none custodial parent ''Father'' I am asking ...If the custodial parent ''mother'' moves out of state with the child, who has to pay the travel cost for visitation ? Our Divorce decree states that she cannot move from our county or surrounding counties without the courts approval but if given who foots the bill for visitation?

Re: Out of State Visitation
If the court grants her permission to move out of state, then the court will also address the issue of travel and costs.
If you have evidence that she plans to move without getting permission, you might want to consider getting her enjoined from moving. It gets far more complicated once she is gone.
