What does this statement mean? "it is furthered ordered and decreed that the party awarded a debt shall indemnify and hold harmless the other party from any failure to discharge such debt."

It means that if YOU are "awarded" a debt and don't pay it, and the creditor manages to squeeze money out of the other party, the other party can sue you for indemnification.

And vice versa.
