Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Is there a statute of limitations on reimbursement for medical expenses in Texas from the non-custodial parent? If so, is there ever an exception? We have thousands of dollars in medical expenses going back to 1995. Thank you.

Don't worry about a statute of limitations. Just file for enforcement and let NCP raise that defense.

There are limitatations on actions, but it depends on the age of the child, whether or how you notified the other parent of the expense obligation when it originally became due, etc.
