does the step father have any rights to the daughter since her mother died and they share a son together who is the sibling to her daughter from a previous marriage? The 10yr has been raised by her stepfather since the age of 4 and does not have a good relationship with her biological father although does have twice a month weekend visits with him and he is a heavy drinker.
