Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My step son is twelve and doesnt want to be forced to see his father. What do i do? Does he still have to go? Iknow its a misconception that at twelve they automatically get to decide. What do we do?

File a petition to modify visitation. It will be important WHY is doesn't want to see his father. Sometimes it is teenage rebellion, that needs to be worked out to establish a solid bond with dad; sometimes the child has a legitimate complaint that should be heard and addressed. Until the order is changed, he has to go.
